Is Ketamine Appropriate for Me?
You may be a candidate for MindZen ketamine therapeutics if you are currently experiencing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or OCD and have not benefited from traditional treatment options.
Ketamine Treatment may NOT be appropriate for you if any of the following applies:

1. Under 18 years old
2. Primary psychotic disorder
3. Current suicidal plan/intent, or suicide attempt within past year
4. History substance use disorder
5. Pregnant/nursing or actively attempting to become pregnant
6. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, CHF, or other serious heart conditions
7. Patients on high doses of benzodiazepines/narcotics.
8. Patients with severe breathing problems (e.g COPD)
9. Unstable thyroid disease
10. Elevated intracranial or intraocular pressure
11. Other serious medical illnesses
12. Known ketamine allergy
